People think of yoga as a very difficult task ,  having to stretch like a gymnast. That makes them worry when they think themselves as too old, unfit, or tight to perform yoga. The truth is that you're never too old nor unfit  and stretching like a gymnast is only a small part of the big ocean of yoga.

Yoga is a time tested effective tool to balance our body & mind, which can bring an everlasting smile in our face and give a peaceful sleep in night. In our day-to-day life we have started accepting the armors of pain, stress, artificiality, pollution and disease as a part of our body. Yoga empowers us to clean those unnecessary armors from our life and making us pure, soft and natural like a kid when we were born.
